Shipping policy

How long will it take for my order to ship?

All orders take about 24-48 business hours to process and ship out. We typically ship same-day orders by 5PM EST. All packages ship Monday through Friday. Weekend orders are processed and sent out the following Monday, as our carriers do not pick up packages on weekends.

I live on the East/West Coast. How long until my order gets here?

If you live on the West Coast, expect your order in 2-3 business days. If you live on the East Coast, expect your package in 3-7 business days depending on your location.

My order says it got delivered, but I can't find it at my front door or mailbox. What should I do?

We highly recommend checking with your local carrier first to see if the package was accidentally left with a neighbor or sent to a different P.O. Box or mailbox. This often resolves the issue. If you still can't locate your package, please email [your LUXE MIA support email] and we'll open a case with the carrier to track it down.

Do you offer overnight shipping?

We do not currently offer this service. If you need something urgently, please email [your LUXE MIA support email] and we can send an invoice for an overnighted label as a custom order.
