This is the Happy Memories Don't Die DD TV Tee, a white short-sleeve tee designed like a 1999 concert shirt, with the "DD-TV Tour 1999" graphic on the front and a city list on the back. Buy it if you want vintage tour-shirt energy on a clean white tee that goes with everything.
